We create our floral arrangements upon request at Glam Fleur, and as such, they are not eligible for returns or refunds. This is due to each order being meticulously handcrafted to meet your specific requirements, ensuring you receive a truly unique and exceptional arrangement.

In the event that your arrangement arrives damaged, kindly send photographic evidence to support@glamfleur.com. We will only provide replacements for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition and original packaging as when you received it, with proper packing.

To initiate a return, kindly wait for confirmation and a return label from our customer service team.

Promotional Gifts
All gifts received as part of a promotion may be kept by the customer in the event of a return due to shipping damage. These items do not need to be sent back.


Regarding Arrangements Received as Gifts

If you received the item as a gift and it was shipped directly to you, you will be issued a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to your email.
